Ordering, Payment & Approval
Use our “Get a Quote” tool, submit your booth requirements, or contact our team directly. Once you approve the proof, we move into production.
Typically, we require a deposit or full payment before production starts, depending on the scope of the project.
Yes — you can order hardware-only (if you already have graphics) or graphics-only (if you have a compatible frame), depending on your needs.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days, provided the item is unused and in original packaging; custom graphics or made-to-order items may not be returnable.
